Here is an interesting Guardian opinion on avoiding all things American. While I don’t agree with the author completely, I do have my own rules. I have given up on platforms and businesses owned by the broliarchs or those who have caved to Trump administration demands (no matter where they are located); I do not buy products from the PRC; I source most food locally or when that is impossible from other Democratic countries ( which does not include the US); I am finding other operating systems for my devices; and unlike the author, I will support global corporations who abide by the laws of the countries in which they operate and source locally within those countries. ( I would not mind in the least, if some of these global companies would migrate out of the US because they have no stomach for autocracy) . But here is the article, which has some useful advice for boycotts.
