My struggle is consistency. I’m good for maybe 6 days straight, then I think about it: wow, look st me, 6 days straight. That reflection (for lack of a better word) is like the kids of death. Throws ne off my game. That and thinking I have to start a new routine on a Monday. (When the 1st of the month is a Monday, ding ding ding!!)
