Two of their founding journalists are Emma Orlow (Eater’s former Northeast editor) and Annie Armstrong (Artnet’s former gossip columnist). I really like this combination. In addition to being great writers, both Annie and Emma have a curious, pithy style of reporting that is going to set this business apart from existing food media outlets.
