I am so grateful that at New York Magazine, my first job when I graduated college in 2016, I had a CUBICLE. People brought lunch to work. People drank at their desks before holidays. People showed up to the office at 8:30am because that’s when work started. Sometimes I brought my laptop home, sometimes I didn’t.
