I believe independent reporting and monitoring (including from Reuters) show that tens of thousands of Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the conflict began on 7 October 2023, not hundreds of thousands. For example, detailed reporting based on Gaza Ministry of Health figures put the death toll around 67,000+ killed as of late 2025, including many children.

I am not trying to undermine your point, but claiming 300K children have been killed feels inflammatory.
