I'm really saddened by the statement from Substack that they want to keep Nazis on this platform and profit from anti Semitic and white supremacist hate and support them etc.

I've been a very vocal supporter of Substack. I've been used as an example many times publicly by Substack to show how writers can earn enough to live.

I'm a Substack pro deal writer who actually earned money.

I've written praise about Substack that has been published worldwide.

I've held free workshops multiple times to encourage writers onto this platform with a focus on POC writers, indigenous writers, queer writers…

And now I feel terrible about it. And I need to figure out what all this means over the holidays. For now I'll just say I'm really sad and gutted. And I'm also sorry. I'm sorry to all the writers I pushed onto Substack before I knew what I now know.
