I started this substack as a way to inform parents about the dangers of social media. Getting vocal about the darkest season of our lives, while difficult, has connected me to so many others facing the same nightmare. I am so grateful we have been able to help provide resources to help protect other families for what is likely the inevitable… but I think it’s also so important to share HOW we are getting through it… for those facing similar stories or really dark times period, 2025 will focus on protecting, surviving, and rebuilding when the world around you is in pieces.
