I think the “it’s so good at cybersecurity we’re in danger!” is going to play out just like solving Erdos problems. Which showed a big peak as low-hanging fruit got picked (like a couple notable examples at most) and then a slowdown where you stopped hearing about it because all the attention-bottlenecked issues got identified. Anyway, people love scaring themselves and it’s good marketing for a certain set who are all aligned.
