Eating from street food stalls is the most overrated travel thing. The food is almost always disgusting and far better versions of the dishes can be found in sit down restaurants with better hygiene, less spoiled oils, and a far more pleasant atmosphere, that doesn’t cost much more.
The notable exception is from established venues in traditional markets — and these are not really stalls, and more like Limited hour restaurants.

Doc, reading this reminded me of way back when I was following the research of doctor Charles Farr of Oklahoma City, who was in the early 90s the leading promoter of H2O2 therapies. He was nominated for a Nobel in 93. I remember he was recruiting for a definitive trial of his protocol.
There was a great deal of opposition against him and H2O2 drips. Then, everything went silent. I heard he died under suspicious circumstances in a car crash.
