I do not think I will ever get over what the Christian Nationalists have done to our collective witness. I do not think I can forgive it, not yet anyway. (Jesus is not done with me yet.) It is a true source of grief for many of us. This false gospel has desecrated our God, our story, our purpose, our witness, even our language by co-opting it for their pursuit of power and dominance. It is truly wild to me that anyone who professes ANYTHING akin to allegiance with Jesus could sign up to support these movements.
