One-Pan Chinese Style Chicken and Cabbage Stir Fry
If Chinese cuisine were a film, the sauce would, of course, be the lead actor. It defines the taste and blends everything together. When I started learning about the different types of Chinese sauce, I was fascinated by the details and peculiarities, such as how a tiny spoonful of sesame oil can enhance the flavor of garlic, and how the sweetness of sugar or honey can bring out the hidden undertones of a good soy sauce. To me, it's like making a magic potion... a good magic potion, of course!
