A little while ago, I mentioned our trip to Sicily about four years ago. However, I didn’t recount how our journey on that beautiful (and delicious!) Italian island began. We arrived just after a huge storm had passed, leaving many fallen trees on the road, so driving to our Airbnb was somewhat challenging. However, there is always some good to be found in setbacks, especially if you happen to be a chef!
