China’s anti-dumping investigation on EU brandy to conclude in July
The EU and China have been going back and forth investigating each other’s businesses for market distorting practices, such as dumping or distortive subsidies. The EU imposed definitive import duties on China-made electric vehicles last October. China imposed duties on EU-made engineering plastics this month, and it has been conducting an anti-dumping probe into European brandy. The outcome of the probe could make or break the ongoing EU-China thaw.
