I am turning 32 today.
Here are 11 things I wish I’d learned earlier.
1️⃣ If you don’t prioritize rest, your body will force you to. (Usually at the worst time.)
2️⃣ Writing clarifies thinking. Do it often.
3️⃣ Curiosity > intelligence. The smartest people keep asking questions.
3️⃣ Perfectionism is just fear in disguise.
4️⃣ Learning how to learn is more valuable than any single skill - it unlocks everything else.
5️⃣ You don’t need more time. You need fewer distractions.
6️⃣ Repetition rewires your brain. Be intentional about what you repeat.
7️⃣ No one has it all figured out. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.
8️⃣ Start before you feel ready. You’ll never feel ready.
9️⃣ The brain stays plastic. You can always learn, unlearn, and grow.
🔟 Care less about “success” and more about progress
1️⃣1️⃣ The way you frame a question changes the answer you get—whether from AI or yourself.
What would you add as 1️⃣2️⃣?
