Learning is biological before it is intellectual.

You can have the best study strategy in the world, but it won't work if you ignore the "human" requirements:

  • Sleep: Your brain cells literally shrink during sleep so fluid can wash out toxins. This is when your day’s learning is solidified.

  • Movement: Exercise isn't just for your body; it’s a cognitive enhancer.

  • Environment: A distracted brain cannot encode.

If you’re stuck on a problem, the best study move isn't to stare at the book for another hour.

It’s to go for a walk, drink water, and get to bed early.

Work with your biology, not against it.
