In 2012, I locked my first iPhone 4s into my parents’ safe. I asked them to keep it there for a week and told my friends to call the landline if we wanted to meet up.
I was 18, and I already knew my phone was a problem.
Fourteen years later, I’m still working on the same challenge; except now I think I’m finally making progress. Instead of willpower, I rely on environment design so radical it might sound a little extreme.
