In December, my Substack seemed stuck on a few good people—same names in my feed and likes, not much new. Great people, but stuck.

Then I went through a couple weeks of random-topic notes. Spiritual, fiction, poetry, nature haiku, notes from the void as a behavioral psychologist whose life went a little sideways (and has remained slanted)…

Turned off some people, but some stayed, and I found a lot more! Thanks for still being here, everyone who still is. It’s an interesting space to explore self-expression, mostly without fear. Also, sincere apologies if any of my note topics hit a nerve, especially around the holidays. thank you for the grace of being human alongside you. 🙏
