A beautiful morning!

I thought I would share some photos of someone (Joan MacDonald) who used sheer hardwork, good eating habits and dedication to improve themselves.

I’ve (Ernie) been training for 18 years after the stroke and when the doctors said “well, you’ll reach a plateau and then that's it.” I just ignored their views of being limited with a stroke and pressed forward. Now I am doing kickboxing, boxing, martial arts and much more.

I’ve learned so much about what to eat, how to improve my workouts based on my performance in the gym as well. When your goals become different, you will eventually follo a that drive, that focus.

Food is medicine and so is attitude and mindset.

Now, off to the gym I go
