Hi Everyone, this is a short/ish intro about me and why I’m here.

I’m a born and raised Californian, now living in Europe! Many people argue that California is not in America. Spoiler alert: it is!!! 

I’ve been a traveler my entire life and also a workaholic. You may be surprised at how well these two things go together! 

I worked two jobs for forty years in order to travel as much as possible. And in 2022, I made the life-changing decision to leave the United States and move to Europe (after moving into a van to travel the US for a year).

I can confidently say that moving to Europe was the best decision I’ve ever made. I have no regrets and no desire to ever return to the US.

My choice to move was driven by many factors, and each played a significant role in shaping my new life abroad. I’m currently writing a series as to why:

I’ve been posting on Substack for two years and have 50/ish articles to help you move abroad, and/or follow along on my adventures. I also have almost 30 podcast episodes. Everything is free!!
