Something I'm reflecting on while writing this article…

So many women carry the quiet belief that silencing themselves is simply who they are, when in truth, it’s a conditioned pattern, not a personal failing or a character flaw.

Writing the next article in the Permission Series, The Quiet Voice, has reminded me how much relief there is in simply recognising that. In seeing the five patterns clearly, often for the first time, and realising how long they may have been quietly playing in the background without us even noticing.
