That paragraph also resonated with me; because the company I worked for until the end of 2022 (a large semiconductor company in the Boston area) was doing performative activism, all the while forcing vax compliance under threat of termination. I saw people terminated, including one woman for refusing to vax WHILE she was pregnant. She even told the company she'd get vaxxed AFTER her pregnancy. I ended up resigning at the end of 2022 because they had indeed lost all credibility with me.
