I had someone, a stranger, tell me that the Camp Fire (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camp_Fire_(2018)) was God's punishment for the liberals. We had just met on the street in front of my in law's house and had been having a normal chat until he asked if I believed in our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Being an atheist I knew to say yes if I wanted to be safe. That was evidently all the invitation he needed to give me the good news of liberal deaths at God's hands. If they are praying for it I'm not at all surprised they think liberals are doing the same.
