Last Friday, I fired off a post on a whim, and - crazy town - it went viral! By Sunday, I had trotted over to revive my old, dead Substack, thinking hmm, maybe I should cross-post this thing. Well, lo and behold, Substack was a whole brand new and exciting world! Since then, my post - on the impacts of the new Trump administration on U.S. farmers (spoiler alert, it’s not good) - has gone crazy here as well. To the tune of nearly 23,000 views and 652 new subscribers! I can’t keep up with all the comments (trying!) and I’m still wrapping my brain around all this craziness, but I am so very glad to be here and super excited about more posts - all about agriculture, farming and rural communities - I have to come.
