Federalism is a big part of it. Most other countries have more centralized governments, making it easier for WEFites to infiltrate and deploy draconian punishments on mRNA refuseniks, thereby encouraging higher uptake. In the US globalists were only able to take over the federal government and the blue states; not by coincidence blue states had the longest and most severe lockdowns, and therefore the highest injection rates.
