We called this the ‘Dancing Tree’ when we arrived in France. Passing by meant we had about a kilometre to go on our bikes before we arrived at our favourite local boulangerie for our reward for pedalling a round trip of 26 kilometres to pick up groceries.

The tree has been felled and the stump burned to remove it and we’re slightly sad not to see it dancing on the horizon any more.
