Make money doing the work you believe in

With a focus on VO2 in Spring of 2025 and 2026, I'm likely to go back to Tempo/Torque in 2027. What I'll probably do is shorten the blocks and use a short VO2 Block as well.

I'll get a chance to pick Taylor Knibb's brain about how Dan uses that sort of structuring. I know they do the same cycle order that I outlined in the Physics of Performance series. What they do is vary the duration.

I've noticed I get the most pop from the first four weeks of a cycle. Saw the same thing when I cycled different types of strength focus using the MTI programs.

With training camps, travel, life... my Spring blocks get stretched to ~8 weeks and that feels a bit long. If I shortened them then I'd be stopping while I was still keen.
