Make money doing the work you believe in

I wrote a letter to my niece for her college graduation.

What I kept circling wasn’t achievement, it was bravery. Not the big kind. The daily kind. The kind that shows up when you’re nervous, unsure, and still do it anyway.

That’s what I see in her: a pattern of fearlessness that started long before she had language for it.
