I spent a fascinating hour in the company of the very excellent Felicity Cloake - entertaining as it was, she cast much light on the creative process, how she’s managed to be a hugely respected and trusted recipe and feature writer, while moving into memoir and travel writing, as well as having a novel that’s soon to be with us.
