Amaya, I have been in a similar shift away from outcomes and towards pleasure in art making. This inspired me to pick up a skein of yarn I was "saving for the right project" to just cast on some lovely needles and start making textures that I wanted to feel. No idea what it will be. I feel weird about "wasting" expensive yarn, and at the same time super curious to see what I end up with!
