Tomorrow I’ll add week 10 of my progressive midlife strength and training plan.

Last week we added some jump squats for power. This week we’ll add some more power moves to the mix.

As always, you’ll get a gym version and an at home dumbbell version as an alternative and 3 cardio modalities to choose from.
