I’m pretty traditional in terms of the school structures I think work best. Typical school subjects, age-graded class schedule, and grading system work for me.

In the classroom, I do a lot of things that are pretty unusual. The typical teach a lesson, practice, move on type of thing doesn’t work for too many students. That’s where I depart from “traditional” teaching.
