Major revisions underway to my article with Ruth Kastner and Timothy Eastman, “On the Possibility of Cosmology: Spacetime Actualism and the Process-Relational Alternative.” We discovered that the journal Philosophies has a special issue on Temporal Ontology guest edited by Kristie Miller, with submissions due… TODAY.

Miller is the author of Life in Four Dimensions: A Defence of the Block Universe Theory (2026), which our paper obviously offers a counterargument to. But I don’t think her book addresses the sort of approach we take in our article, so hopefully she welcomes the opposition! Rushing to situate our argument vis a vis Miller’s and related literature before submitting. 🤞
