No one has written more forcefully against slop than me. Nothing I do is slop. I stand by every essay, video, stream, talk, lecture, course, book etc as a bid to try to do something I’ve now concluded is impossible: to try to make “the right” thoughtful, not stupid, to try to make it in however small a way non-retarded, sensible, centred and so on. The truth is, however, that they WANT to be pigs, they aspire to nothing more, they deserve their Tim Pool. So be it. I must go my own way and I ask no one to follow but those who wish to.
