Thank you for this, Leela Sinha! I'm going to be mulling it over for a while I'm sure, because it echoes and yet further brings down-to-earth so much of my own thinking and work around re-humanizing... humanity, essentially. (Isn’t it wild how de-humanizing our shared human life is?)
Of course, our workplaces are such a key canvas on which we paint so much of our life stories... so why shouldn't we be expecting them to be as human as we are... and to honor and support our humanity?
