I keep coming back to the same feeling lately:
the market isn’t confused, it’s just not in a hurry.
That’s easy to misread if you’re used to clean reactions.
News comes in,
price responds,
you feel oriented.
Lately that link feels loose.
What stands out to me isn’t fear or optimism. It’s waiting.
Big players don’t seem stressed. They also don’t seem eager. Flows slow down. Decisions get pushed. People talk less about “what happens next” and more about “when this actually matters.” That’s a subtle shift, but it changes how price behaves.
It also explains why the conversation keeps drifting further out in time. Like a lot of people already accepted the direction, but realized the timeline they had in mind was too tight.
That kind of environment is uncomfortable.
I don’t think this is a moment that rewards clever takes. It feels more like one that rewards not forcing things that aren’t ready yet.
Just something I’ve been noticing…
