Oh and another, potentially controversial (coming from a "professional meal prepper," lawl) thought: I wonder if you're feeling unnecessary pressure to make a "real" meal here. Ex. I'm sitting down to an early lunch of chips, cucumbers, and spinach dip and feel very pleased with it and myself! There's absolutely nothing wrong with snack-y meals, as long as you're nourishing yourself, IMO!
