Yes! Breakfast is such a struggle for so many people. We actually do a lot of cereal around here (retro, I know, haha!) but there are so many great options that are actually pretty nutritionally dense. I like the brand Nature’s Path— a lot of their options are lower in sugar, high in fiber, and tons of GF options if that’s your bag! I also love a yogurt bowl topped with puffed rice and a little banana, or if you’re open to savory breaky, a little tinned fish on toast is super nourishing in the morn IMO!
