One thing has puzzled me for quite a while now, and that is the 180-degree of turn of Josh Bersin on job impact / job loss.
This summer, he wrote in a (quite harsh) piece around AI:
"The widespread wipeout of white collar jobs is simply not yet happening"
"Our jobs and lives are safe"
And that we, the people who said that "vastly over-hyped" it all.
Six months later and we have this:
"30–40% of existing HR jobs can be automated"
Why the switch Josh Bersin? Never understood it.
