the next time you’re sitting on the toilet a little constipated - might i suggest some acupressure.

press on ST 25 (pictured below, cun =~ 1 width of your thumb)right then left then at the same time & then rub up and down, with slight pressure, the lateral lower leg along the anterior tibialis muscle. making sure to rub ST 37 and ST 39
