emotionally, spiritually. if you’re feeling stagnant — move something — clear a table, throw away some things, mend that top you love but don’t wear anymore, drink some water, stare at the wall and sway, whatever feels right & good.
and if you’ve done all that and feel burnt out, more tired, and more stagnant — eat something & go to sleep! sleep so the spirit of wood (the hun) can rest
