I started VaynerMedia at 34 years old in someone else's conference room, because we had no money for rent.
It was a ton of risk by normal standards when somebody reads it on paper. But, not necessarily for me, it just felt like progression. Society puts a lot of pressure on people in their 20s to “figure out” their lives without understanding how long life really is. Many young people today will end up living beyond 100 years old — with most of those years being good, healthy years.
That means if you’re under 30, you’ve got about 60-70 more years of execution left.
You’re not lost, you're just early in the process.
