Guerrilla food forest gardening on thanksgiving, one of my favorite ways to give thanks! :)

A short video clip showing one way I like to give thanks to the old growth forest (planting some pawpaw seeds near a fallen elder beech).

I also planted kingnut hickory seeds and American ginseng seeds.

I feel grateful to have cultivated an awareness of these rooted beings and their many gifts and thankful I am able to give back in some small way for all they provide us.
