I noticed a few seeds had woken up early (only half way through stratification) when I looked in the seed fridge today.

This wacky little starlight drinking green dragon looking being has the potential to live for over a thousand years. Some of his or her ancestors have survived nuclear weapons detonations in Japan. These are beings that survived meteor impacts , ice ages and pole shifts. These trees have known the earth when she was young and wild and witnessed giant creatures we can only read about in books now.

I remember how our dog Jasper liked to look up at our neighbours big ginkgo tree so I’m gonna plant this seed to celebrate his life.

May the tree that grows from this seed provide shade ,beauty, build soil, clean the air, provide medicine and habitat for countless beings into the future.
