Actually, it only takes two minutes to understand why modRNA isn’t the primary active agent, but rather a fifth particle based on this principle. And now let’s factor in the electrostatic properties of modRNA, since it has a highly negatively charged phosphate backbone. Wow! Even more entropy.

Consequently, it cannot be the active mechanism itself, but only a particle of the active construct. So, for now, we should think of RNA as a structural polymer.

And what if we also assume that the RNA strands aren’t homogeneous...? Does anyone want to know what potential risks this monstrous fat construct actually poses?
