Let’s do some basic math and systems biology for HaJo, since he seems to prefer 'simple' questions over complex reality:

The Timeline of Humoral Response:

Data from Fooksman et al. (2010) shows that while short-lived plasma cells appear early, the high-affinity late PCs from germinal centers take time to coalesce–usually around day 6 and beyond (in mice). According to Schultheiß et al. (2021), we see a clear maturation trajectory. Plasmablasts (PBs) expand significantly following exposure.

The Mechanistic Delay: Let’s look at the actual cascade:

  • Uptake & Escape: It takes 1–2 days for LNPs to distribute, to transfect cells and for a sufficient amount of modRNA (approx. 3–15% escape rate; unknown rate, unknown ratios of unknown cell types) to get translated.

  • Translation: It takes another ~3 days until enough antigen is expressed to effectively recruit and prime B-lymphocytes (+ a lot of fragmented and frameshifted garbage proteins).

  • Maturation: Add the 5–8 days required for B-cell maturation and the production of neutralizing antibodies.

The Result: 1 + 3 + 8 = 12 days. Looky, looky, HaJo: That is exactly the 'Day 12' mark from the Polack et al. study where the curves start to diverge and PCR positivity in the vaccinated group drops. It’s not a mystery; it’s basic immunological kinetics.

However, isn’t it somehow funny that you rely on one of the most fradulent studies where the whole data was flawed and faked? So who is the submarine? 🤔

The neutralizing antibody-effect begins exactly when the humoral arm of the immune system has finished its sequence. This occurs regardless of your obsession with DNA “scams” or “Process 1 vs. 2”–it is a matter of biological lead time not of structure and LNP-physicochemistry.

Maybe if you stopped hunting for “honeypots” and started reading papers on recruitment and maturation of B-lymphocytes, you’d realize that your “simple question” was answered by science a long time ago. But I guess that doesn't fit the “submarine” narrative, does it?

And before asking why: Ask what: What is the basis of the RT-PCR after quaccination? At what cycle?

It appears that a this substack is a honeypot for trolls.

Blablaba ...

You didn't even try to touch the issue.

The issue is the quite simple question:

How do you explain the fact that in trial C4591001, e.g. published as "Polack et al. 2020, NEJM, most RT-PCR-tests in the vaccinated group remained negative from Day 12 after the first jab onw…
