This is BS propaganda. Alice Weidel is lesbian-married to a Sri Lankan. AfD is a moderate liberal center-right party, their platform is comparable to that of a typical pre-Trump US Republican.
Because they are the most right-wing party in Germany with significant influence, actual fascists and Nazis do sometimes gravitate to them—just like actual Marxist-Leninists sometimes gravitate to the Democrats in the US. But the party as a whole is no more fascist than the Democrats are Communist.
