INTERESTING: Mitch McConnell’s “proof of life” photo was released shortly after Gov. Andy Beshear said he is prepared to fight Republicans in court if a Senate vacancy opens in Kentucky. Beshear says the GOP legislature changed the law to block him from appointing a senator, but the Kentucky Constitution gives him that authority.
