I am on Team Validated by Jacob’s articulations. Difference does not = hierarchical difference y’all. Difference does not = making a neg judgement. The people I like the most often have differences that I admire, which is a lot to do with why I like them so much! Observing differences and making adjustments is actually compassionate and rational. Difference can be complementary, synergistic….it is necessary! You can’t make anything really special - a team, a relationship, a recipe - with parts of the same.
