back in college, when I first started cooking and “kale me maybe” was born (13 years ago 😭), I would make baked eggs on repeat. I’d stick them in the oven before going to class or going to my internship at Seventeen Magazine (yes that is real, what was my life). they’ll always have a soft spot in my heart!
