focusing on post harvest loss in Africa is silly.

Sure, you could reduce it by 10%.

But you could also increase yields by 600%.

and to solve post harvest loss you need to increase the all-weather paved road network by 10x (just to get to the level of Pakistan). And no impact funder is going to pave roads so 🤷
